Old-school animation about the 'punk' middle east. I guess. I, as a westerner, found it hard to buy that a little girl could be THAT rebellious in a Muslim society. I guess that's stereotype, but that's still a failure of the mid-east culture to let the rest of us know what 'normal' is in the Iraq and such.
